The main difference in performance is considered with the purpose of both yoga pants and leggings. They both perform well in their respective purposes. Leggings are excellent in blending well with multiple outfits, and they are comfortable as well. They also provide warmth during cold seasons.

Nonetheless, yoga pants are the best in working out, and they provide flexibility and comfort needed in doing the exercises. They are not see-through, so the underwear or butt will not be exposed if someone bends over or during particular yoga poses.
