30 Min Fat Burning Standing HIIT Workout

This hiit workout is for those who have never worked out before,  or have limited time to exercise  (just 30 minutes),    but still  want to  burn fat  fast.  Multiple sets, at high intensity with very little rest, push your heart rate up burning fat quickly. Jumping jack squats are an example of an exercise used in the workout that really gets the heart pumping even during this short timeframe.

Use this video at home or bring it with you to the gym for a quick 1 to 2 day per week program that really works! No equipment is necessary so you can do the workout anywhere.
